Navaro Terms of Service

011. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting navaro.vn, creating an account, or using any Navaro product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

022. The Navaro Services

Navaro provides business management software, including the ERP platform, POS, Chatbot and mobile applications.
Available features depend on the plan you subscribe to.
We may improve, add or adjust features over time to enhance the service.

033. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Your organization's administrators are responsible for assigning and revoking staff access.
• Notify Navaro immediately at info@navaro.vn if you suspect unauthorized access.

044. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate Vietnamese law or the rights of any third party.
• Send spam, fraudulent or harmful content, or infringe others' privacy.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the system.
• Copy, resell, reverse-engineer or exploit the software without written consent.
• Use the Chatbot or messaging channels to send content that violates the policies of those platforms (Zalo, Facebook, etc.).

055. Plans & Payment

Fees, usage quotas and terms are set out on the Pricing page or in the quotation or contract between you and Navaro.
Payments are handled according to the relevant contract or order and Vietnamese tax and invoicing regulations.
Navaro may adjust pricing and will give existing customers advance notice of changes affecting their next billing period.

066. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the business and customer data you enter or upload.
You grant Navaro the right to process this data as necessary to operate, support and secure the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as customer consent) to place third-party personal data into the system.

077. Intellectual Property

The software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation and source code of Navaro belong to Navaro Solutions or its licensors.
These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, and no ownership.

088. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, payment gateways or cloud providers.
Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
Navaro does not control, and is not responsible for, third parties changing, suspending or ending their services.

099. Limitation of Liability

Navaro strives to keep the service stable and secure but does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Navaro is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Navaro's total liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant service during the period specified in the contract, unless the law provides otherwise.

1010. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.
Navaro may suspend or terminate an account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay on time, or where required by law.
After termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page.

1111. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation; failing that, disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Vietnam.

1212. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be announced on the website, in the app or by email before taking effect.
Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated Terms.
