Navaro Data Deletion Instructions

011. Overview

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and the related personal data Navaro has collected.
This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.
How we collect and use data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

022. Option 1: Delete Directly in the Navaro Mobile App

Follow these steps in the Navaro app (iOS or Android):

• Open the Navaro app and sign in.
• Go to "Settings".
• Select "Account & Security".
• Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

033. Option 2: Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, or you only use the website or chatbot, send an email as follows:

• Send to: info@navaro.vn
• Subject: [Navaro Account Deletion Request]
• Send from the email address registered to your account so we can verify your identity.
• If you interact via Zalo or Facebook, please include your display name or account ID on that channel so we can locate the data to delete.

044. Data That Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize:

• Login credentials and personal profile (name, email, phone number, avatar).
• Device data and push-notification tokens linked to your account.
• Conversation history and user identifiers on Chatbot channels (Zalo, Facebook) stored by Navaro.

055. Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be kept where required by law or to protect legitimate legal interests.
In particular, invoices and accounting records owned by the business that contracts with Navaro are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Backups are removed in the normal rotation cycle.
Retained data is used only for legal purposes and for nothing else.

066. Processing Time

Navaro will verify and complete your request within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
We will email you a confirmation once it is done.
Account deletion cannot be undone.

077. For Business Administrators

If you are an administrator of a business using Navaro and want to delete the organization's entire dataset (not just one personal account), please send the request from the registered administrator email with your business name.
We may offer to export your data first so you do not lose business records.
